Here's what you need to know about Tidying Up With Marie Kondo
In the business of keeping spaces clean and tidy, few people have made as much of a name for themselves as Marie Kondo, the woman who got the world talking – and decluttering – with her book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying.
Kondo has received international praise for her KonMari method of decluttering and now she has her own Netflix show all about helping people to tidy up their homes and transform their lives.
Tidying Up With Marie Kondo: What’s it about?
Each episode sees Kondo helping new people to declutter their homes.
“Marie guides people who are at a crossroads and resolved to finally tackle the clutter blocking their joy, transforming lives in emotional and surprising ways,” says Netflix.
Some of the people Marie will help in the series include a family of four who have relocated from a four-bedroom home to an apartment, a recently widowed woman grappling with how to let go of her late husband’s possessions and soon-to-be parents who want to let go of the past to pave the way for their future family life.
